We are thrilled to welcome Scott Wilson as our new RMSC Titans Head Coach! Scott’s coaching philosophy embraces our swim-well model and innovation, placing the highest priority on creating the perfect pathway for each swimmer to reach their full potential, both in and out of the water. In his role, Scott will serve as the Lead Coach for the National Development Group and overseeing technical program planning for the club. With his wealth of experience from Vancouver Pacific Swim Club, Point Clair Swim Club, Red Deer Catalina, and Swimming Canada’s Victoria HPC Centre, Scott is an invaluable addition to our team, and we’re excited to have him lead us into this dynamic new Odyssey!

Sarah Rudolf, Director of Swimming and Admin Lead
Sarah is currently the Assistant Head Coach of UBC Thunderbird Varsity Swim Team, and we're lucky to have her also stay on as our Director of Swimming and Admin Lead. With 18 years of experience, Sarah has coached swimmers at all levels, from beginners to National Medalists and Provincial Record Holders. A former competitive swimmer, she grew up swimming for Hyack and later competed for Simon Fraser University (SFU), where she studied Kinesiology and Linguistics.

Competative Program
Chloe Good, Assistant Head Coach - Equipment & Administrative Lead
Chloe has been a key part of the Ridge Meadows Swim Club (RMSC) coaching staff since 2015, after seven years as a competitive swimmer with the club. She started as a volunteer coach and has since worked with athletes from novice to competitive levels. With a diploma in Kinesiology from Douglas College and a bachelor’s in Health Science from SFU, she also brings eight years of experience as a lifeguard and Lifesaving instructor. Outside the pool, Chloe enjoys running, mountain climbing, skiing, and traveling. Her coaching philosophy focuses on fun, teamwork, and building essential life skills. She's excited to kick off the new season with both new and returning swimmers!

Mike Jakac-Sinclair, Assistant Head Coach - Meet Manager and Community Outreach Lead
With a passion for coaching, Coach Mike motivates athletes and young coaches to reach their full potential. His coaching philosophy focuses on adaptability, accountability for one's own swimming, and making discipline fun when it comes to accomplishing goals. Mike holds an M.Ed. from UBC, and is dedicated to creating engaging learning environments. He brings a wealth of experience from his time as assistant head coach of the Winskill Dolphins and head coach of the Richmond Kigoos Swim Club. He also is a proud alumni of the Richmond Rapids and Canadian Dolphins where he earned national and provincial medals.

Maryna Kolesnykova, Regional Development and Senior Competitve Coach
Maryna Kolesnykova brings 16 years of elite swimming experience to the Ridge Meadows Swim Club. Since September 2022, she has been coaching the Titans team, sharing her passion for swimming and inspiring the next generation of athletes. As a member of Ukraine's national team, she competed in prestigious global events like the 2018 Youth Olympic Games, the 2019 World University Games, and two youth world championships. She also won silver at the 2016 European Youth Championships and bronze at the 2015 European Games.

Emily Scott, Titans Gold, Silver, and Bronze Lead Coach
Emily is excited to be coaching with the Ridge Meadows Swim Club for another season. She grew up swimming competitively with CDSC and her passion for the sport has led her to working towards a degree in kinesiology. Over the past seven years, Emily has worked in a variety of jobs in aquatics including coaching, swim instruction, and lifeguarding. Emily is looking forward to stepping into the role of lead coach for our Titans Medal program where she will be helping her athletes grow their skills and confidence by developing a love for out sport.

Titans Swim School
MJ Hutchinson, Titan Swim School Coordinator
MJ Hutchinson is the Titans Swim School Coordinator. She has over 25 years of experience in Aquatics, working to help swimmers achieve their goals and reach their potential. She believes in accommodating, adapting, or adjusting as not every swimmer learns the same way. Providing different learning opportunities for our swimmers leads to positive reinforcement of successful learning patterns.
