Sarah Rudolf, Director of Swimming and Head Coach  

Sarah is excited for her third season as Head Coach of the Ridge Meadows Swim Club. Sarah joined RMSC, then the HSSC, in 2021 after 3 seasons with VPSC, acting as the Lead Coach of Junior Development.

Before coaching VPSC, Sarah had 3 very successful years at the Pacific Sea Wolves Swim Club in South Surrey, BC, as well as 3 years with the Campbell River Killer Whales on Vancouver Island. She has also held coaching positions with the Chena Swim Club In North Vancouver, BC, and the Hyack Swim Club in New Westminster, BC.

Sarah has been on deck as a coach for 18 years. She has coached all levels, starting with 5 year olds jumping into their first swim practice, to National Medalist, and Provincial Record Holders.

Sarah grew up swimming for the Hyack Swim Club and swam for SFU where she studied Kinesiology and Linguistics.

We hope that they will develop into exceptional individuals during their time in the sport, and during their journey as an athlete will also reach all the goals that they have set for themselves. ​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​Chloe Good, Assistant Head Coach - Equipment and Administrative Lead

Chloe joined the RMSC coaching staff in 2015 after swimming competitively for the club for seven years. She began her coaching journey as a volunteer within the club and has coached a broad range of athletes, from novice to competitive. Chloe has a diploma in kinesiology from Douglas College and a bachelor's in Health Science from SFU. She has also taught lessons for the last eight years as a lifeguard and Lifesaving instructor for the City of Port Coquitlam. Outside the pool, you can find her climbing mountains or skiing down them; she also loves to cook and travel the world. Chloe's coaching philosophy is based on creating an enjoyable environment where her athletes can develop fundamental life skills, such as being good teammates and learning to train and compete effectively. Chloe is excited to jump into the new season and to work with many returning and new swimmers!

Mike Jakac-Sinclair, Assistant Head Coach - Technical and Events Lead

This is Mike's first year with the RMSC! Before joining the Titans, Mike served as the assistant head coach for the Winskill Dolphins, and coached the Richmond Kigoos Swim Club for 6 years, two of those years being head coach. In his earlier years, he achieved national and provincial medals as a swimmer with the Richmond Rapids and Canadian Dolphins, specializing in sprint events and relays, but his proudest accomplishments lie in his role as a swim coach.

Mike is a fun and passionate guy who takes joy in motivating athletes and young coaches to reach their full potential. His coaching philosophy centers on individualizing a collective goal, emphasizing adaptability, accountability, and unwavering commitment as the major keys of success.

Additionally, Mike recently completed his M.Ed. at UBC, specializing in Society, Politics, and Culture in Education, driven by his passion for dismantling stereotypes surrounding learning diversities. His mission is to help create inclusive learning environments, and he's bringing that mindset to RMSC, where he'll strive to honor every Titans' learning style.

He's eager to build relationships with the swimmers and parents, become a part of the RMSC community, and help prepare everyone for an exciting season filled with growth and enjoyment. 



​​​​​​​Maryna Kolesnykova, Regional Development Coach

Maryna Kolesnykova, has dedicated 16 years of her life to swimming, achieving remarkable milestones and competing internationally. She has a very impressive record, being a valued member of Ukraine's national swimming team has participated in the 2018 Youth Olympic Games in Buenos Aires in 2018, the 2019 World University Games in Naples, at two youth world championships in 2015 (Singapore) and 2017 (Indianapolis). She won medals, like a silver at the 2016 European Youth Championships in Hodmezaversheli and a bronze at the 2015 European Games in Baku. 

Beyond her athletic pursuits, she holds a master's degree in Ukrainian law and transitioned into coaching in 2021. In February 2022, due to the Russo-Ukraine war, she endured bombings in her hometown of Kharkiv, located just 60 kilometers from the Russian border. After a month in a bomb shelter, she made the courageous decision to seek refuge in Canada, arriving in May 2022. Since September 2022, she has been making a meaningful impact as a coach for the Titans team, imparting her passion for swimming and nurturing the aspirations of the next generation of athletes.



​​​​​​​Keenan Gander, Senior Competitive Coach

Keenan can’t wait to get back on deck for his third season coaching for the Titans! Over the past 2 seasons, Keenan has worked with many different groups within the club and has gained valuable experience from each group. He believes that any swimmer can have success as long as they are having fun and putting their best effort forward. 

A member of the Titan’s National Development program, Keenan knows what it takes to become a high-level swimmer. He has gotten the chance to compete at Provincial and National level meets, and this May will be competing at the Canadian Olympic Swim Trials in Montreal. Outside of the pool, Keenan enjoys watching sports, listening to music and walking his dog. He is excited to help the next generation of Titan swimmers achieve their goals!



Emily Scott, Masters Lead and Titans 1 & 2 Coach h

Emily is excited to be coaching with the Ridge Meadows Swim Club for her second season. She grew up swimming competitively and her passion for the sport has led her to working towards a degree in kinesiology. Over the past seven years, Emily has worked in a variety of jobs in aquatics including coaching, swim instruction, and lifeguarding. Emily is looking forward to stepping into the role of lead coach for Masters and Titans 1&2 where she will be helping her athletes grow their skills and confidence.ad a love

MJ Hutchison, Titan Swim School Coordinator

MJ Hutchinson is the Titans Swim School Coordinator. She has over 25 years of experience in Aquatics, working to help swimmers achieve their goals and reach their potential. She believes in accommodating, adapting, or adjusting as not every swimmer learns the same way.  Providing different learning opportunities for our swimmers leads to positive reinforcement of successful learning patterns.

When MJ is not at the pool, she is working as an EA and travelling.


​​​​​​​Daniel Hai, Assistant Coach

Daniel is excited to return to his second season coaching with the Ridge Meadows Swim Club. This will be his 6th year swimming with the club and he is currently a member of the National Development group. Daniel is a grade 12 student at Maple Ridge Secondary School and plans to study engineering post-secondary. Outside of swimming, Daniel plays the piano at an ARCT level and enjoys spending time with friends and family, especially when there’s food involved.Daniel is currently working towards his swimming 101 certification. Being an RMSC coach, Daniel’s goal is to assist his swimmers to develop a love for swimming and the sport, and to help them continue to excel in all areas of their lives, including swimming.



​​​​​​​Ryan Leslie, Assistant Coach

Ryan is very excited about starting her second year of coaching with the Ridge Meadows Swim Club and is looking forward to a great season with the kids. Ryan has been swimming competitively for 10 years and is training in the national development group with the Titans. She enjoys working with kids and helping them to improve their strokes and skills.​​​​​​​


​​​​​​​Denys Tymchuk, Assistant Coach

Denys is going in to his second year of coaching and his 7th year of competitive swimming. He loves working with kids. His experience in swimming helps him find ways to improve their stroke in various ways. He also knows Ukrainian and Russian which allows him to coach people from different backgrounds.
