Swimmer Education Session: Sports Nutrition for Performance
We are very excited to be offering an educational seminar for all our Senior 1, Senior 2 and Youth 1 swimmers on Sports Nutrition for Performance! The session will be lead by Sinead Feeney from Nutritious Twist Consulting and will be free for all HSSC swimmers. Below is the event information.
