Parents Education Session: Sports Nutrition for Swimmers
We are very excited to be offering an educational seminar for all our RMSC parents on Sports Nutrition for Swimmers! The session will be lead by Sinead Feeney from Nutritious Twist Consulting and will be free for all RMSC swimmers. Below is the event information.
