Meet Fees: $12.00 per event + $5.00 Swim BC Splash Fee + $7.00 per day Meet Admin Fee

(800 and 1500 Free - $15.00 per event)

What to Bring?: RMSC cap, Navy RMSC Team T-shirt, Speedo Suit, goggles, multiple towels, snacks, folding chair, clothing to layer for throughout the day. 

**Swimmers will have access to the gym in the building, so please have your swimmers bring their folding chairs. The bleachers on deck will be for parents and spectators.

Entrance and Spectators

a. All swimmers and coaches must enter from the Southwest side door (the entrance next to the water slide).

b. Parents are only allowed to come in after all deck positions are filled. Once all the deck positions are filled, they are only allowed to come in 10 minutes before each session and must leave after each session.

Parking

Park at the school parking lot adjacent to the pool. b. Walnut Grove Pool parking has a 2-hour parking restriction. If you are going to be at the pool for more than 2-hours, please park at the school parking lot. SFA and LOSC are not responsible for any parking tickets.

Pool Deck Protocols

 a. All athletes, coaches, officials, volunteers are to respect the directions of Walnut Grove Community Centre lifeguards and facility staff.

 b. Outside footwear is not permitted on the pool deck or shower areas. All participants must shower before entering the water.

c. A single extended horn blast will be used to clearly communicate that all swimmers must exit the water.

d. Clean-up of the facility will occur throughout the day, between sessions and overnight – Participants are asked to be responsible for their own belongings and equipment. Please remove all personal belongings from the facility in between sessions and overnight. All items left behind will be removed. The Walnut Grove Community Centre and LOSC are not responsible for lost or stolen items. e. All competitors are asked to use personal water bottles and use the water bottle filling stations located on the pool deck within the facility. Absolutely no glass containers will be permitted in the facility. Please place all garbage in the appropriate bins provided.
