So much has changed over the summer but embracing our community spirit of actively evolving and being distinctly remarkable, we are set for another season of unforgettable moments! Without further-a-due let’s introduce our fantastic coaches who will be leading us through this incredible odyssey. With this powerhouse coaching team, this season is set to be like no other. Leading the charge is our new Head Coach, Scott Wilson!

We are beyond excited to welcome Scott as our RMSC Titans Head Coach. His coaching philosophy aligns perfectly with our swim-well model, putting each swimmer’s path to success, both in and out of the pool, at the forefront. Scott will spearhead the National Development Group and oversee technical program planning for the club. With a wealth of experience from Vancouver Pacific Swim Club, Point Claire Swim Club, Red Deer Catalina, and Swimming Canada’s Victoria HPC Centre, Scott’s energy and expertise are sure to make waves.

Fun fact: Scott loves coaching IM, is glued to the Empire Strikes Back, and fuels up on Doritos and Ice Tea.

With 18 years of coaching experience, she’s worked with everyone from beginners to National Medalists and Provincial Record Holders. Sarah brings her love of the sport to everything she does. Her philosophy centers on helping young athletes not just in reaching their athletic goals, but in developing into the best version of themselves. Sarah believes that hard work can be an exciting and fun process, fostering growth both in and out of the pool.

When she's not coaching Breaststroke, she’s relaxing to Moulin Rouge, snacking on popcorn with a protein shake.
